This cookie is wonderful with my Pumpkin Dip recipe.
Mix first four ingredients till blended, slowly add the remaining ingredients. Refrigerate dough for two hours.
After chilled roll into quarter (25 cent) size and roll into sugar. Place parchment lined cookie sheets 2 inches apart.
Bake 375 degrees for 8 minutes
