Flourless cookies
Mince bananas with a fork or in a blender. Make a dough adding slowly shredded coconut. The dough should be not stiff. Add a few drops of lemon juice to egg yolk. Beat egg yolk until stiff. Softly join banana dough with beaten egg yolk. Transfer batter to a pastry bag. Bake for 25-30 min at 300 F.
