Suggest a better descriptionAdd noodles, broth, butter, hot sauce, garlic powder, pepper, and salt to the pot, and stir. Seal the pot and set it to high for 5 minutes. Do a quick release and add milk to the pot. Sprinkle half of the cheddar on top of the noodles and let sit for 2 minutes. Stir in the remaining cheddar and the parmesan. Serve warm.
