Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly spray an 8x8x2 baking pan with nonstick spray and set aside. 2. In a large bowl, stir together the all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder. 3. In a small bowl, combine the egg whites, buttermilk, applesauce, and molasses. Add the buttermilk mixture to the flour mixture. Beat with an electric mixer until combined. 4. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and serve warm.
