Suggest a better descriptionCombine pancake ingredients in a large bowl and blend well.Store in an airtight container in fridge til ready for giving. Give following recipe for pancakes: In a mixing bowl beat 2 eggs. Gradually beat in 1/3 cup of oil. Alternately beat in 2 cups of the pancake mix and 1 cup of water. Cook on lightly greased griddle. Yeild about 12 5" pancakes. The mix will make 4 batches of pancakes. For syrup: Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in remaining ingredients, whisking constantly til sugar dissolves and mixture thickens slightly, 3-4 minutes. Place in pretty container, store in fridge till gift giving.
