Lovely and gingery,the perfect biscuit for anyone that doesn't have a lot of time but would like a home-made treat,Beatiful and with a lovely crunch to ensure a happy guest,child or whoever you happen to be serving to!!!
Melt butter, sugar and syrup in saucepan. Take off heat and add in the dry ingredients. Stir and when cool enough to not burn your fingers make mixture into small balls-walnut sized. Place on baking sheet and cook for ten mins at 170/160 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
