Mezclar todos los ingredientes y por ultimo incorporar la manteca avellana. Cocinar en una placa con tefbake a 180ÂșC por 6 a 10 minutos.
Mousse de chocolate blanco:
Realizar una crema inglesa. Incorporar el chocolate derretido, el kirsch, la gelatina disuelta y por ultimo la crema batida a 1/2 punto.
Ganache de chocolate y pasas:
Realizar una ganache, incorporar el dulce de leche y las pasas maceradas al ron y el ron extra. Colocar dentro de un molde la base de financiero y la ganache. Enfriar.
Armado:
Colocar la base del financiero y ganache dentro de un molde mas grande. Completar con la mousse. Enfriar, pintar con la pistola de chocolate.
