Suggest a better descriptionCombine all ingredients except for the elbow pasta and bread crumbs into saucepan and cook over low heat until melted and thickened. Cook elbow pasta, drain. Add elbow pasta to a large oven-safe bowl. Pour sauce over the elbow pasta and mix together well. Sprinkle with a layer of breadcrumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until lightly browned.
