Chiltepin Salsa - HOT
1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat and saute the chiltepin peppers for about 30 seconds.
MAKE SURE the oil is not hot because it will cause your salsa to be bitter.
2. After 30 seconds or so on medium heat, take the chiltepin peppers and place in blender
3. Add the rest of the ingredients to blender
4. Pulse until you get the desired consistency
5. Test seasonings with a tortilla chip and adjust the salt and black pepper as needed
6. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving
