Suggest a better description1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees. Line one or two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil and sugar. Whisk in the egg and vanilla. Add the flour with the baking powder and salt. Stir in the granola and raisins and mix well to combine.
3. Drop heaping teaspoons of the mixture, spaced about 2 inches apart, onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake 13 - 15 minutes or until golden and just firm. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool. store in an airtight container.
