Preheat oven to 350*. Toast Oats, Wheat Germ, and nuts in thin layer on Jelly Roll Pan Stir after 10 minutes remove from oven after 20 minutes total.
While oats are toasting, combine honey molasses and apple juice in sauce pan. Heat until almost to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Reduce oven temp to 325*.
Combine all remaining ingredients. Toss to coat thoroughly.
Foil line Jelly Roll Pan then spray with PAM. Press granola into a flat layer.
Bake for 25 Minutes. Remove from heat & cool completely. Cut into 2" squares.
Add pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried fruits, carob or chocolate chips, yogurt chips.
