Suggest a better descriptionIn a very very large bowl mix the brown sugar, ground flax seed and salt. Then add and mix the oats, all the nuts, and the coconut. Set aside. In a pan on the stove melt the maple syrup, honey cinnamon, vanilla and oil. Pour in over the oats and stir until it is evenly distributed. Then pour on 2 cookie sheets and cook in the oven till crispy, stirring every 15 mins. After it is baked add in the dried fruit. You can freeze half for later.
