Greek Salad with meatballs
Meatballs
Put first 8 ingredients in a bowl and combine very well.
Form into small meat balls and brown well in pan with 2 TBSP olive oil.
Dressing
Combine 1/2 Olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, zest salt, pepper and honey.
Whisk to combine
In a large serving bowl, combine chunked cucumber, green pepper, red onion (optional) diced tomato, celery and feta cheese.
Add dressing and gently toss.
Serve with the meatballs, tazaki sauce and toasted pitas
You can open he pitas up and stuff it with the meats balls, veggies and top with tazaki
