Suggest a better descriptionIn a saucepan, heat 1T butter over MED-HIGH heat; add scallions and garlic and saute until softened. Add tomatoes, and spices and mix well. Let simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally. Set aside
In skillet, heat remaining butter and add shrimp to cook about 2 min. Add tomato mixture and 1/4 C of feta and bring to a boil. Reduce heat until cheese is melted. Do not overcook.
Sprinkle with remaining feta cheese when served.
