Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees before adding filling. Chop bacon. Fry until crisp, drain well. Cover bottom of pie crust with bacon.
Sauté onion on butter until clear and soft. Sprinkle with oregano. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix both types of cheese. Put 1/3 over the bacon. In a large bowl, combine eggs, half and half, rest of the cheese, flour, nutmeg, cayenne, salt, green Chile and sautéed onion. Mix thoroughly. Spoon into crusts.
Bake at 375 degrees 45 minutes or until browned.
