Suggest a better descriptionPut tomatillos into a pan with water to cover and bring to a boil. Simmer gently for 10 minutes. Drain, cool, and core. Cut tomatillos into small dice or finely chop in a food processor fitted with the steel blade. Place in bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate. This recipe yields 2 1/2 cups of salsa.
