This is great served with Spanish Rice or Salad...
Blend together (in a blender) condensed coup, chilie, and milk.
Blend untill smooth
Fry the Tortillas in vegetable oil to soften them.
Layer in a casserole dish alternating tortillas, onion, cheese, and the soup mix.
Finally put the memander of the mushroom soup on top and bake in the oven at 350 degrees until bubbly.
