Prepare the brown gravy as instructed on the package.
Then make the sauce by adding one ingredient at the time (Butter, Green pepper corns and Dijon) in one minute intervals as listed, then add the brandy and flame it to remove the alcohol. Add the Cream and cook for two minutes. Then add the Brown Gravy and simmer for 5 minutes - and its ready.
