This green smoothie is one of my favorite smoothies I've ever made. Fresh ingredient, low calories. Great option for diet as well.
1. Spinach+Banana+Yogurt+Sunflower seeds >>> Blender.
2. Oatmeal on top of your smoothie (1.) and some cinnamon powder and chia seeds on the top.
(I put chia seeds in the blender this time, but I'd like to put it as some kind of decoration next time)
