This hot, flavourful green tea is the best way to warm you up in the Winter season.
Put the water into a saucepan and let it boil.
In the second boil, add the cinnamon stick and the half peeled cardamom.
Let these boil for 5-6 mins.
Once boiled, add the green tea leaves and boil them for 2- 2 1/2 mins.
Later, add the sugar. (Optional)
Let the tea boil till the sugar dissolves completely.
Stain the green tea. (Optional)
Best served hot :)
Tip: Add some mint leaves for extra flavour like I did *-*
Enjoy!
Check the colour of the green tea. If it's green or close to green it's perfect. If not, add 2-3 more green tea leaves and let them boil :)
