Suggest a better descriptionPrepare grill for direct cooking. Place brussels sprouts in large microwave-safe dish and microwave on high 4-5 minutes; cool to touch.
Meanwhile, combine 2 teaspoons oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in large bowl. Add brussels sprouts; toss to coat.
Thread 5 brussels sprouts onto 8-inch metal skewers or soaked bamboo skewers. Try to keep size as uniform as possible on the skewer.
Place skewers on grid; grill over medium heat, covered, 5 minutes. Turn skewers and grill an additional 5 minutes.
Place remaining oil in small grill pan and heat over medium heat. Add pancetta and cook until crisp, about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Remove brussels sprouts with fork and toss with pancetta and oil from pan. To garnish, squeeze lemon juice over all if desired.
