Suggest a better description1. Preheat grill or broiler. Spray a large piece of heavy duty foil with cooking spray. Arrange onion slices in center.
2. Cut Potatoes into halved arrange cut side up on onion. drizzle butter over potatoes. sprinkle with seasons
3. Fold foil to enclose vegetable tightly.
4. Grill or broil for 40 min turning once. Open foil and fold back edges and grill for 5 min or until potatoes are soft.

Prepare the potatoes earlier in the day to save time before dinner. Scrub, cut, and place potatoes in cold water with a little lemon juice and refrigerate.
To cut grilling time in half microwave potatoes halves on high for 1 1/2 to 2 min. Add to the onions and proceed as directed.
Variation: Combine sweet potatoes and pineapple in foil. Top with some brown sugar and butter then follow from step 3.
