Suggest a better description1. Using a sharp knife, cut a horizontal pocket through the centre of each pork steak.
2. Mix together the garlic, sage and oil and rub this mixture all over the outside and inside of the pork steaks. Place in a dish, cover and leave to marinate in fridge for at least 30 mins/overnight.
3. Season the outside and inside of the pork steaks with the salt and pepper and place them on a foil-Lind baking sheet. Cook under a pre-heated grill, about 10cm from heat, for 5 minutes. Turn over steaks and cook for further 5 minutes
