Suggest a better description1. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
2. Place potatoes in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook potatoes until tender but firm. Drain and transfer to a medium bowl.
3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, dijon, celery salt and pepper. Toss 1/2 of the mixture with the cooked potatoes.
4. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a sheet of foil on the prepared grill. Cook 7-9 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly browned. Remove from heat and toss with remaining dressing and red pepper to serve.
