Great light side to grilled dishes.
Wash and dry whole zucchini. One zucchini per person. Slice lengthwise in about 1/4-1/2 inch slices. Place slices on baking sheet lined with paper towels. Turn slices after a few minutes. After drying, remove paper towels. Lightly brush slices with a little butter, sprinkle good amount of season mix on zucchini, not too much, repeat on other side. Grill till fork tender, not mushy! Brush with remaining or add'l butter while grilling. They cook quickly. If desired...squeeze a little lime juice iver zucchini before serving. Enjoy!
Use fresh firm zucchini.
