Ground beef with sour cream casserole.
1. Crumble and brown ground beef in skillet.
2. Add onion during last few minutes cooking the ground beef.
3. Drain off any grease from meat.
4. Add salt, pepper, dry soup mix and parsley and mix well.
5. Add water and mix well.
6. Add corn, mixed vegetables and sour cream. MIx lightly but thoroughly.
7. Spoon into 7' x 13' baking dish.
8. Casserole may be covered and refrigerated at this point for several hours or wrapped properly and frozen. (May be stored in freezer for up to 1 month.) If frozen, thaw out before baking.
9. Cover with buttered bread crumbs.
10. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350ยบ oven for one (1) hour or until bread crumbs are brown.
