bell peppers stuffed with ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and jalapenos
preheat oven to 450 degrees
combine all "seasonings"
place sheet pan/ cast iron in oven to preheat.
combine diced; bell pepper, onion, jalapeno. and add to medium heat cast iron/ stainless steel pan
stir and add 1 table spoon salt , cook until vegetables become soft, add ground beef and break up using spoon
once broken up add seasoning and cook until golden brown
remove sheet pan/ cast iron from oven and oil the surface before adding stuffed pepper onto pan.
can be topped with cheese
place back in oven for 10 minutes until cheese melts or bell peppers are cooked to preferred doneness
add fat drippings into peppers as well , for extra flavor.
