Mix everything except tofu and oil in a bowl and set aside.
Wrap tofu in paper towel or kitchen towel and press between plates to remove water, or place under a weighted plate to press.
Crumble tofu into small pieces in a mixing bowl.
Toss with sauce to coat tofu.
Oil a 12x18” baking sheet and sprinkle tofu in a single layer.
Bake for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
