In a medium bowl, combine tomato, onion, chile pepper, and lime juice; set aside. In a medium bowl, mash avocado with a fork until smooth. Add cumin seeds, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Add tomato mixture to avocado mixture; stir until well blended. Let set at least 1 minutes for the flavors to blend before serving.
Serve with corn chips.
