Macaroni and Cheese
1. Preheat oven to 375. Prepare pasta al dente, adding salt to water. Drain.
2. Cut sausage lengthwise into quarters. Cut each quarter into 1/4 inch thick pieces.
3. Sauté sausage 3 min or until browned on edges. Drain on paper towels.
4. Bring cream to simmer in Dutch oven, reduce to low and stir in processed cheese, stirring until cheese is melted. Stir in sausage and remaining cheeses. Until melted. Remove from heat and stir in pasta.
5. Pour mixture into buttered 3 qt dish or 12 buttered 8 oz ramekins. Top with chips. Bake until bubbly and browned. Remove from oven, let stand 5 min.
