A salad with beets, carrots and potatoes that is served in Haiti. Delicious!
Wash all vegetables and boil for about 1 hour. Drain vegetables and peel the skin off of all and dice. Put in fridge to cool. When cool, add mayonnaise until salad-like. Add ketchup. Add hot sauce to liking. Serve cold like potato salad.
