Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. Cut part of the pizza dough off to save for later. Flour surface and roll out the rest of the pizza dough
2. Add butter to pan and melt
3. Add 3 cloves garlic (minced) and whisk. Let it start to bubble
4. Add heavy cream and whisk. Let it start to bubble
5. Add parmesan and 2 tsp pepper and whisk. Let it start to bubble then remove from heat
6. Take 2 cooked chicken breasts in bowl and shred
7. Pour in cheese sauce/mixture, mozzarella, ricotta, parsley, 1 tsp pepper and 1 tsp salt and stir
8. Add olive oil, chili flakes and 1 clove garlic (grated) to pan until garlic is slightly brown
9. Stir in passata/tomato puree, tomato paste
10. Stir in oregano, basil and 1 tsp salt and remove from heat
11. Add chicken/cheese mixture to half of the pizza dough. Fold the dough over the mixture and press the edges down
12. Add sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni to the other side of the pizza dough
13. Using dough set aside from earlier, roll in to a long shape. Cut in to 8-10 sections.
14. Roll in to log shape and tie in a knot
15. Add to the pressed down area of the dough
16. Bake for 20 minutes
17. Melt butter. Add parsley, garlic, garlic powder and salt.
18. Spread mixture over the knots
19. Top knots with parmesan cheese
