Suggest a better descriptionMake the rice according to directions. Grate the lime peel and set aside to mix in with the rice once the rice is done.
In the cuisinart, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, fresh garlic, and desired amount of hot sauce (Sriracha/Marie Sharps)
Chop up the cilantro, and put approximately 2/3 of it in the cole slaw. Add desired amount of hot sauce.
Wash the fish, take off the skin, and salt and pepper it. Cook on both sides until done, no more than 3 minutes per side. Once it is done cooking, add the lime juice.
While the fish is cooking, cut up the avocado.
When the rice is done, add any remaining cilantro and the grated lime peel. Salt as needed.
Set out everything: halibut, pico de gallo, avocado, cole slaw, remoulade, and rice.
