While cooking, fry halloumi separately.
Add tom puree and cherry toms.
Add water to cover ingredients and 1/2 stock cube.
Add orzo and cook for 10mins, adding water as it cooks.
Add salt, pepper, herbs and spinach.
Add double cream to your liking and cook for couple more mins.
Add halloumi and serve.
