Suggest a better descriptionIn a small, microwave-safe bowl, combine water and gelatin; allow to soften for 5 minutes. Cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes or until mixture boils and gelatin is completely dissolved. In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine hot gelatin mixture and remaininng ingredients. Process untill all ingreds. are pureed. Pour into a 3-cup mold or decorative bowl. Chill until firm. Serve with hot bisquits, crusty rolls or assorted crackers. Garnish with chopped fresh mint and additional grated orange and lemon peels. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
