The tropical flavor of Hawaii on a stick
Marinate ham in mixture of soy sauce, bourbon, brown sugar and ginger for at least 30 minutes. Reserving marinade, arrange ham, pineapple, peppers, onions and tomatoes on skewers. (Don't forget to soak your skewers in water before using them.) Place on a hot grill and cook, brushing with marinade, about 3 minutes per side or until vegetables begin to brown.
