In a small saucepan combine garlic or onion, catsup, steak sauce, Worchestershire sauce, sugar, cooking oil, vinegar and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a boil, ruduce heat, simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper and about 1/3 of sauce. Shape meat mixture into four 3/4 inch thick patties. Grill meat over medium heat, turning once halfway through grilling time and brushing frequently with sauce. (about 8 minutes per side). 6 WW points
