1. Heat a very large skillet or wok over medium-high heat
2. Brown ground beef and garlic (season with salt and pepper)
3. Add cabbage and mushrooms and saute
4. While cabbage and mushrooms are sauteing, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, cayenne and green onion (if being used)
5. Once cabbage reaches a tender-crisp texture, add in soy sauce mixture and heat through
