A family favorite!
Brown ground beef and drain off any fat. Add onion and celery and cook until onion is translucent. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve hot in bowls with parmesan cheese on the side so it can be added to individual bowls. Nice with crusty artisan bread.
