Suggest a better description1. Set your pressure cooker for the sear setting and add your ground beef (chuck) along with your onion and garlic and sear until all red is gone from the beef.
2. Add all the rest of the ingredients except cream cheese and peas.
3. Stir it up and put pressure cooker lid on and lock it making sure your vent is closed for pressure.
4. Set it for 8 minutes on whichever setting you want it on.
5. Once it has gone through its time, do a quick pressure release.
6. Remove the lid carefully and place your pressure cooker back on the sear setting again and add your cream cheese and peas and let them cook for 5-10 minutes or until all of your cheese has melted.
7. Serve it up and enjoy!!!
