In a Large bowl combine all the ingredients using your hands to mix.
Form the meat into patties. Make an indent into the centre of each patty, to ensure the patties are cooked evenly.
Grill on then barbecue for 5-7 minutes per side.
Toast up some buns, top with your favourite garnishes.
