Pre-heat oven to 180c
Place walnutes into TM bowl and chop roughly by setting dial to closed lid position and pressing the Turbo botton once for 1-2 seconds. set aside. Repeat with almonds.
Place fresh herbs into TM bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 7. set aside with nuts.
Place celery, onions and oil into TM bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 7. saute for 5 minutes at Varoma temperature onf speed 2.
Add stock and sauce and process for 5 seconds on speed 8.
Place nut and herb mix back into TM bowl with cubed bread and combine for 5 seconds on Reverse + speed 3.
Through hole in lid and with blad rotating on Reverse + speed 2, add enough milk to creat a soft texture.
Place in well oiled loat tin and bbake for 1 hour on 180c. Allow to cool slightly before turning out.
Serve with Tradional Style Gravy.

* Replace milk with soy milk for a vegan option.
For a gluten free option, replace bread with 200g cooked brown rice.
