Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 x 8-
inch baking dish with cooking spray. Stir
together soup and sour cream in a large bowl.
Add potatoes, ham, broccoli, cheese, onion,
and pepper, stirring to combine. Spoon into
prepared dish; sprinkle with crackers. Bake 1
hour or until hot and bubbly.
