Bring to a Boil; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly
Place chicken in a 13x9x2 inch baking pan; pour sauce over chicken.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes; basting occasionally.
