Suggest a better descriptionSpray the inside of a slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray (or line with a slow cooker bag). Place chicken into the bowl and cover with sauce. Cook on high for 2-3 hours, or low for 5-6 hours. During the last hour, shred the chicken and add in the pineapple chunks. Allow to continue simmering on low for 30-60 minutes.
Serve the chicken and sauce over rice.
