Spread half the mixture on one side of steak. Broil steak, mustard side up, 4 inches from heat source, 4 minutes. Turn meat over, spread with remaining mixture; broil 3 minutes more for medium-rare. Combine bread crumbs and parsley; pat evenly on meat. Broil 1 minute more. Let stand 5 minutes. 3. Slice steak thin, diagonally across the grain. Serve with sauteed broccoli rabe, okra or broccoli, if desired. This simple yet savory steak dish can be on the table in a flash--a great weeknight fix.
