Suggest a better descriptionIn a processor, pulse cauliflower until chopped. Transfer to a bowl. Repeat with broccoli, then transfer to same bowl.
In a skillet, heat 2 tbs oil. Add turkey, cook until browned. Transfer to a platter. In same skillet, heat remaining oil. Add cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, celery, garlic, and ginger, cook until tender. Mix in green onions and turkey.
Remove from heat, add eggs. Toss. Mix in herbs, soy sauce, and lime juice. SERVE in bowls
