Stir secure lid.
Move valve to sealing, Hit manual pressure. Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
Once done release followed by fluffing the rice with a fork.
Transfer it to a bowl and set aside on the instapot pour in the sesame oil.
Hit saute and adjust so that it's on high.
Once the oil begins to sizzle, scrape the brown bits of rice from the bottom of the pan with a spoon and add the onion.
Cook for 1 minute, then add the peas, carrots, and corn.
Add the butter and stir and cook for 3 minutes. Move the veggies to one side of the pot.
Crack the eggs into the other side, stirring constantly to scramble and cook.
Once the egg has just cooked through, mix it in with the veggies for a few moments until cooked. Hit Keep warm/cancel and return the rice to the pot, Add in the soy sauce
