Suggest a better descriptionCover beans with water and soak overnight. Drain off the water. Add the onions, and 1 1/2 cups water. Cover and bake at 350 / for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally until beans are tender. Add more water if the beans are getting too dry. Stir in the molasses, catsup and brown sugar.
