HOJAS DE OLIVO RELLENAS
Mezclar arroz con carne molida, sazonar con 2 cdas de especias, y 1 cda de sal. Escurrir hojas y son grandes cortar a mitad. En un slow cooker poner las chuletas previamente adobadas con sal y pimienta en el fondo. Envolver las hojas con la mezcla del arroz. Acomodar en capas hasta poner todas. Cubrir con 2 tzs de caldo de pollo sin sal. Cocinar a fuego bajo por 9 hrs.
